Motivational Speaker From Dallas

I don't give a talk.
I move the room.

Booking me isn't booking a keynote. It's booking the moment your audience stops taking notes and starts feeling something they'll carry out of the room, and back into their lives, their teams, and their work. I'm a ballet-trained speaker, entrepreneur, and Goldman Sachs-backed founder based in Texas.

Why Me

I don't speak about transformation. I've witnessed it 3,000 times.

For seventeen years, I’ve stood in the room while adults (executives, mothers, entrepreneurs, bosses, women) who’d quietly written themselves off, walked in uncertain and walked out changed. I’m not on your stage to tell you my story. I’m there because I’ve watched three thousand of theirs, and I know exactly what moves a person from stuck to free.

That’s not motivation. That’s not theory. That’s receipts, and it’s the difference between a speaker who inspires for a week and one whose work follows your audience home.

The Perspective

There's no one on your lineup who sees what I see.

I teach ballet in a body ballet was never designed to celebrate. I’m a Black woman who built a Goldman Sachs–backed business out of an art form, in rooms that were never built for me. I’ve lived the intersection your audience is trying to navigate: art and enterprise, size and grace, being the only one in the room and taking up space anyway.

That isn’t a caveat to my authority. It’s the source of it. When I speak about beginning again, taking up space, or building something no one believed in, I’m not quoting the study. I’m the case study.

From the Stage

What event organizers say

We’ve booked a lot of performances over the years and you can usually feel when a crowd is being polite. This was not that. By the final piece the whole room was on its feet, and half of them were reaching for their phones to book something for their own teams. I’ve never seen a performance turn into a waitlist that fast.

Renée C.

I booked Art of VIII hoping for a nice interlude between sessions. What I got was the moment everyone kept referencing for the rest of the day. The energy in that room shifted the second they started, and it carried through every session after. It reset the whole tone of the event.

Marcus D.

It’s been three months and people are still bringing it up. Attendees who barely spoke to each other at registration were talking about it together at the after-party. When something sticks with a crowd that long, you stop calling it entertainment and start calling it the reason people came.

Corporate Event Speaker Dallas Companies Trust

If you’re planning a conference at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, a leadership offsite in Grapevine, or a team retreat anywhere in the Metroplex, the speaker you choose sets the tone for the entire event.

As a corporate event speaker in Dallas, I work with HR directors, people leaders, and executive teams who are done with wellness perks that don’t move the needle. My corporate talks cover:

  • What actually helps a depleted team come back to life
  • Leadership and reinvention for teams navigating change
  • Belonging and building a culture where people show up fully

Women's Leadership Speaker Dallas Organizations Are Booking

Dallas has one of the fastest-growing communities of women executives and entrepreneurs in Texas, and I speak directly to what that room is navigating.

As a women’s leadership speaker in Dallas, I talk about building a career and a business as a woman who’s often been the only one in the room, and why that isn’t a weakness to manage. It’s an advantage to own. This talk lands with:

  • Women’s leadership summits and conferences
  • Corporate ERGs and women-in-business groups
  • Nonprofit and community luncheons

If your event is built for women who lead, this is a talk that follows them home.

Frequently Asked Questions

What topics do you speak on for Dallas events?

My core talks cover burnout and resilience, women’s leadership, belonging, reinvention, and turning an art form into a business. Every talk can also be custom-built around your event’s theme.

Yes. I speak at corporate conferences, leadership retreats, women’s summits, nonprofit events, and community gatherings throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Talks run anywhere from 30 minutes to a half-day workshop, depending on your agenda and goals. I’ll figure out the right length on our discovery call.

Yes. While I’m based in Texas, I speak at events across the state and travel nationally for the right stage.

Every talk includes a movement or embodiment component. Your audience doesn’t just sit and listen; they participate.

Most Dallas event planners book their speaker 60 to 90 days out, though I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Reach out early to lock in your date.

I’m not quoting a study. I’m a case study. Seventeen years of teaching, a Goldman Sachs-backed business, and a perspective shaped by being the only one in the room, all of it shapes keynotes your audience won’t forget.
