Meet our lovely founder, @janickaarthur! From the South Side of Chicago to the heart of Dallas, Janicka created Art of VIII as a space where adults can reconnect with their bodies, their joy, and their rhythm (yes, even through twerking and ballet 😏).

We had to get her take on some VERY important questions — Sox or Cubs? Deep dish or naw? Black tights or pink? And of course, what makes our classes so special.

Whether you’re here for technique, fun, or just to feel something again — we’ve got a class for you. Drop-ins and series run Monday through Saturday. 🩰
