A question to a student: What has been your biggest transformation/change after working with Janicka A. Arthur?

“I feel healthier and have more energy since working with Janicka. She has helped me improve physically which has blended into my personal life. I’ve learned that I shouldn’t compare myself to others as no matter how good or not someone else is, doesn’t make me better or worse.
